The Bottom Line – Harassment Free Workplaces (Operations Roundtable)

Managing a variety of risks in the workplace is critical to ensuring your nonprofit can stay focused on your vision, mission and goals.
Top of mind for many employees right now is ensuring that their workplace that is free from all forms of harassment and discrimination. Did you know that as an employer, you are legally responsible and liable for all acts of harassment committed by a supervisor? Learn how to use common sense strategies and action-oriented steps to protect your employees and ensure a workplace free from harassment. After all, the bottom line is that any type of harassment demonstrates a lack of respect for one’s colleagues. By treating colleagues with the respect they deserve, we can stay on the safe side of the line.
CNE Roundtables are free to all staff and board members at CNE Member Organizations. Non-members are welcome to attend for a small $10 registration fee.
