POSITION TITLE/STATUS:
Volunteer Services Manager
Full-time – 40 hours per week, exempt.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to Executive Director.
SUPERVISES:
Supervised Exchange & Parenting Time Program Volunteer
Coordinator
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Recruits, screens, interviews, trains,
coordinates training, and tracks and retains CASA volunteers.
REQUIREMENTS:
College preferred,
5+ years volunteer services experience, 3+ years management experience,
data tracking and evaluation skills, computer skills, good oral &
written communication skills, community relations, and excellent public
speaking skills.
