Full-time leadership position responsible for initiating, carrying out and updating an annual major gifts donor cultivation strategy; developing and implementing an annual personal solicitation plan for individuals, businesses and family foundations; expanding and directing the Planned Giving Program and overseeing and growing an exceptional annual fundraising event.
