  • Financial statements - how to read, what to look for, and the right questions to ask
  • Form 990 - explore the manditory annual reporting tool the IRS requires for nonprofits 
  • Investment and other finance policies - why they are important and what to include
  • Treasurer-CFO (or Executive Director) relationship - what makes a succussful treasurer and how does the relationship with the board and the person who has financial oversight work
