Board chair boot camp explores the role of the board chair. From asking the right questions before you accept the position, to setting clear expectations and knowing what it takes to get the job done, this workshop will include a panel of board chairs who will share their experiences and expertise. Not just for board chairs- board elect, other officers, and nonprofit staff will benefit from truly understanding the role of the board chair.
