What is covered: Civil parliamentary procedures for fair, efficient meetings and board meeting role playing
This is designed for anyone who attends or even thinks about board meetings! Ensure your organization avoids any pitfalls that can come from not properly applying parliamentary procedure.
What you will need to bring: a copy of your nonprofit’s Bylaws and incorporating document. Bylaws for nonprofits will be the main topic of discussion, plus some important parliamentary strategies for meetings.
